LaTosha Williams is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with East Texas Medical Center in Tyler, Texas. She currently serves as Treasurer of Black Nurses Rock, Tyler Texas Chapter. Having spent 14 years as an active employee and currently a Discharge Coordinator. In addition, she is a Diabetic Self-Management Conservation Maps Facilitator @ Merck. LaTosha looks forward to assisting and providing nursing care to patients of all ages. “I also want to assure the quality of care by offering advice on self-education and emotional support to both the patients and their families.”
Williams shows responsibility as a team member to ensure respect and achieve the advancement and growth of individuals with communication. “I feel throughout the process of healing communication promotes independence that can exceed care”.
In addition to her extensive floor care experience, Williams is no stranger to the community and volunteers with multiple health fairs related to Black Nurses Rock. She also is a Cabot Reward Volunteer and American Heart Ambassador.
