In February 2016, 10 African-American nurses established BLACK NURSES ROCK TYLER, TEXAS. The organization is focused on providing support and mentorship to nurses in an effort to elevate the profession and improve communities.
The national organization was founded in 2014 and has become the largest online community where professional black nurses share, network and develop together.
